Rates - Based on weekly occupancy.
Peak season: May 9 -Oct 20, Dec. 15 - Jan 2: $1600.00* weekly - $250.00
per night* (3 night minimum)
Low Season: $1000.00 per week* - 200.00 per night* (3 night minimum)
* There is an additional $160.00 cleaning fee with every rental of
Willowmoon on Pender Island
PAYMENT:
30% is due at the time of booking by cheque, credit card or money order.
A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required for every renting of
Willowmoon on Pender Island. The deposit is refundable within 30 days of the
end of the booking, subject to any charges for damage, breakage or excess
cleaning.
The balance and security deposit are due 45 days prior to the commencement
of the booking .
If booking is less than 30 days in advance the full amount and security deposit
is due upon booking .
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of payment and completed rental
agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel a confirmed booking, you are liable for full payment. However, we
will try to rebook the rental period. If we are successful, the amount received will
be deducted from the amount paid less a $50 processing fee.
